How do I cancel my membership?
We're sorry to see you go. However, if you are not receiving the type of value you expect from Calcutta Golf, please do ANY of the following:
- Login to your account on Calcutta Golf, click Account from the navigation bar, then Cancel Membership button on the account page.
- Email our member support at support@cal-golf.com. Please provide your information or e-mail associated with your account and we will cancel your membership promptly.
What am I charged, and when?
$1.95 today covers days 1 through 7. On day 8 you are charged $58.87, which covers the next 30 days, and that repeats every 30 days until you cancel.
What's in the library?
6 categories, tee to green: Fundamentals, Driver, Irons, Wedges, Chipping and Putting.
Fundamentals runs in the order the swing is built — overview, grip, setup, takeaway, impact and the finish — so you can start at the beginning and work straight through. The rest you can take in any order, whenever a part of your game needs it.
Do I need an app?
No. Calcutta Golf runs in a web browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge — on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. There is nothing to download and nothing to install.
Sign in on whichever device is nearest and the library is there.
Why won't my video play?
We understand how frustrating it can be to try to play a video only to see it fail. Start with the two fixes that solve most playback problems: reload the page, then clear your browser's cache and cookies and sign in again.
If that doesn't do it, work through these:
- Update your browser. Our videos need a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
- Check your connection. Streaming needs a steady one, and on a weak signal the player can stall before it ever starts.
- Pause any ad blocker, VPN, or privacy extension for this site. These sometimes block the video player along with everything else.
- Try a different device or network — a phone on cellular data instead of home Wi-Fi, say. That tells you straight away whether the problem is the video or your network.
